Job description:

We are looking for a SQA Documentation Specialist with high-quality technical/business writing
skills to join our team. The candidate must be able to create and revise technical documents
such as manuals, reports, brochures, or articles. The role primarily requires assessing the
audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjusting
tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding.


Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related technical field
(O/A Levels background will be a plus)


Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a similar role (Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply)


  • Research, write, edit, and proofread complex technical data
  • Work on case studies, user guides and manuals
  • Create, compile, and deliver software developmental documentations
  • Write technical documents in compliance with the company’s established standards and
  • Collaborate with the software engineers, subject matter experts, UX design team to
    understand PRDs, mockups, and other specification documents
